Before joining Daybreak Capital in 2022, Maria-Elena held the role of Executive Assistant & Operations Liaison at various family offices. She oversaw executive-level scheduling, coordinated investor events, and supported the business development team with research and client engagement strategies.
Maria-Elena began her career as a Team Coordinator, she supported both the investment and operations arms, gaining early exposure to the day-to-day mechanics of capital deployment.
