Maria-Elena Stewart is the Executive Administration and Business Development Coordinator at Daybreak Capital Partners, where she serves as a strategic right hand to the firm's managing partners. With a dynamic background that bridges operational precision and relationship-driven growth, Maria-Elena plays a key role in streamlining internal processes while helping to expand the firm’s business development pipeline.

Before joining Daybreak Capital in 2022, Maria-Elena held the role of Executive Assistant & Operations Liaison at Stratford Ridge Advisors, a New York-based private capital firm specializing in infrastructure. There, she oversaw executive-level scheduling, coordinated investor events, and supported the business development team with research and client engagement strategies.

Previously, she was a Business Development Associate at Pendleton Hall Group, a boutique strategic advisory firm focused on early-stage tech and healthcare investments. 

Maria-Elena began her career at Kingsley Bridge & Co., a family office with holdings in commercial real estate and venture capital. As a Team Coordinator, she supported both the investment and operations arms, gaining early exposure to the day-to-day mechanics of capital deployment.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
