The Daybreak team has represented companies across a broad spectrum of the industrial products sector, including sensors, IIoT, instrumentation and controls, industrial communications, SCADA, and other highly engineered products.
A strategic area of emphasis is industrial instrumentation, sensors, controls and IIoT, where team members have represented or operated over 40 companies in sales and acquisition transactions worldwide. Our team includes four former CEOs of industrial instrumentation, sensor and control companies and a former Head of Corporate Development at two publicly traded instrumentation and controls companies.
