    The Industrials practice focuses on advanced and proprietary technologies for the industrial marketplace. The Daybreak team has represented companies across a broad spectrum of the industrial products sector, including sensors, specialty coatings, fabricated industrial products, precision machined components, and various other highly engineered products and systems.

    A strategic area of emphasis within the group is the area of industrial Instrumentation, sensors and controls where members of the team have represented or operated over 30 such companies in exclusive sales of their businesses to acquirers throughout the world.

    Clients have included a pressure measurement sensor company serving the oil and gas industry, a high purity water quality instrument company serving the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, an ultrasonic flow measurement sensor for industrial stack continuous emissions monitoring applications, a manufacturer of industrial power conditioning and power distribution systems, and a manufacturer of instruments and systems to the water and wastewater industry, among others.

    Reflective of the importance of this subsector to our firm, our team includes four former CEOs of industrial instrumentation, sensor and control companies and a former Head of Corporate Development at two different publicly-traded instrumentation and controls companies.
