The Industrials practice focuses on advanced and proprietary technologies for the industrial marketplace. The Daybreak team has represented companies across a broad spectrum of the industrial products sector including: sensors, IIoT, instrumentation and controls, industrial communications, SCADA, and other highly engineered products. 

A strategic area of emphasis within the group is the area of industrial instrumentation, sensors, controls and IIoT. Members of the team in this emphasis have represented or operated over 40 such companies companies in sales and acquisition transactions throughout the world.
